Coming from a traditional East Coast family, Brian found his first profession in the world of finance working for a bond house. Upon moving to Santa Barbara in 1996 he continued in finance where he eventually became a money manager for one of the nation’s largest fee only advisors.
Looking for a greater challenge he obtained his law degree, passed the California Bar and shortly thereafter becoming an Attorney. Working for an advisory company performing mergers and acquisitions he still sought something more. Transitioning into real estate investments he obtained his real estate license and found his niche.
Now Brian and his wife Natalie Grubb have formed a strong real estate team, Natalie having over a decade’s worth of Santa Barbara high-end real estate experience matched with Brian’s legal, financial and construction background. With a genuine interest in others’ well being and happiness, they provide an incredible team that has experience and skill set beyond the capabilities of any one person.

Raised in a “real estate family”, Easton Konn credits the values instilled in him by his parents as being vital to his professional success. Born in Los Angeles, Easton quickly learned the value of a dollar and the entrepreneurial mindset that it takes to be successful. He prides himself in bringing peace of mind to home owners that have previously struggled with selling their property.
Within his first 12 months, Easton elevated the Grubb Campbell Group to a record-setting year with over $64 million in sales. It was this level of success that earned the Grubb Campbell Group a top 1% ranking, as the SB MLS ranked the team #8 out of 1000+ realtors for highest sales volume in 2015.
Easton Konn prides himself on quick, timely responses to questions and concerns; his telephone and email are always at hand. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned a degree in Communication with a concentration on Business and Marketing. He also loves coffee.
