HOA:

$700.00 per month is current assessments for all units, no planned additional fees at this time. The 2023 budget will be reviewed towards end of year and if there is an increase all owners will be notified. HOA covers all the maintenance and repairs for the common areas such as landscaping, janitor, pool/spa, rubbish etc. Gas and water for the units are also paid for by the dues. There are monitoring cameras installed on the property and telephone service for the front gate keypad that have a monthly fee paid for by dues. Also the property has general liability, property, earthquake and fidelity insurance that are paid for by the dues.
