Hope Ranch

 

Hope Ranch is named after Irishman Thomas Hope, who purchased the land in 1861 for sheep ranching. Hope Ranch is now a community of 773 lots encompassing 1,863 acres. It consists of a broad flat mesa and low rolling knolls broken by a magnificent valley and covered with splendid live oaks.

 

Homeowners in Hope Ranch have their own private beach. Of course it’s accessible from the public beaches to either side of it, but the only road to it is behind a gate with a password that is only bestowed upon Hope Ranch residents. Hope Ranch is a community like no other due to its stunning views and an emphasis on privacy.
