Our Story
Growing up in Santa Barbara, Natalie is a wealth of knowledge about the community and especially the real estate market. Tagging along with her Mother, Renee Grubb (Owner of Village Properties), for most of her childhood to open houses and real estate appointments; Natalie has been in the sphere of real estate influence for most of her life.
When Village Properties opened its doors in May of 1996, Natalie helped with the daily operations of the new real estate company while attending college. Shortly after Village Properties opened; Natalie decided this was the career path for her so she obtained her real estate license. She began assisting her Mother, Renee, as well as pursuing her own business; to begin building her network of clients. Not much time passed and the top producing Village agent saw Natalie's potential and recruited her. For the next few years, while working with that successful agent, Natalie gained an incredible amount of experience and even more knowledge of the high-end real estate market.
