Growing up in Santa Barbara, Natalie is a wealth of knowledge about the community and especially the real estate market. Tagging along with her Mother, Renee Grubb (Owner of Village Properties), for most of her childhood to open houses and real estate appointments; Natalie has been in the sphere of real estate inﬂuence for most of her life.
When Village Properties opened its doors in May of 1996, Natalie helped with the daily operations of the new real estate company while attending college. Shortly after Village Properties opened; Natalie decided this was the career path for her so she obtained her real estate license. She began assisting her Mother, Renee, as well as pursuing her own business; to begin building her network of clients. Not much time passed and the top producing Village agent saw Natalie's potential and recruited her. For the next few years, while working with that successful agent, Natalie gained an incredible amount of experience and even more knowledge of the high-end real estate market.
Natalie then decided it would be best to branch off and continue building her own real estate business. Now for over 25 years, Natalie has enjoyed selling beautiful estates in Montecito and Hope Ranch; as well as many incredible properties around Santa Barbara and the Mesa where she and her husband have lived for almost 20 years and are raising their two children.
In her time selling real estate, she has taken on and excelled in working with trustees which have required navigating family dynamics and catering to multiple parties. Natalie and her husband, Brian Campbell, are a dynamic team; personally and professionally. They enjoy working together and the support they provide to one another trickles down to their clients who reap the beneﬁts. Since dealing with many high proﬁle clients currently and in the past, they know the importance of conﬁdentiality and professionalism.

Looking for a greater challenge he obtained his law degree while working full time and passed the California Bar. Working for an advisory company performing mergers and acquisitions, Brian still sought something more. With his strong background in finance and legality, Brian plunged into real estate sales - quickly becoming a dominant force in the Santa Barbara real estate community.
Together, Brian and Natalie have assembled the best and brightest team of real estate professionals in the Santa Barbara area. Natalie’s twenty-five years worth of Santa Barbara real estate experience matched with Brian’s legal, financial and construction background provide the backbone for an incredible team whose skill set extends beyond the capabilities of any one person.
Because of the team's success, they added a full-time associate, Lauren who is also a licensed Realtor both with incredible work ethic and passion for real estate. In 2021, the Grubb Campbell Group totaled over $100 million dollars in sales volume representing buyers and sellers throughout all of Santa Barbara County.
