Upper East

 

The Upper East is an area that gently slopes upwards away from Downtown towards The Mission and the base of The Riviera. It’s lower border is defined as that area east of State Street and above Valerio Street. Many homes have great mountain views and some have ocean views. The Santa Barbara Mission sits center stage amidst beautiful homes, with a rose garden and a picturesque backdrop of mountains, blue sky, and dramatic views of the ocean.
